I have had nothing but problems with Charter. Everytime they come to hook up or disconnect someone elses apartment, many of us lose our service. In addition, I go to use chat to cancel phone service. I'm told I have to call. I call and wait until a rep takes my information. Supposedly, it was cancelled. Today, I get a recorded call saying my appointment is still on for the 9th!
