Due to the recovery of capping the oil rig or just having an emergency valve would of switch it off. The name of this device is called 'blowout preventer'. Overall specifications were required and were rejected by certain individuals on this eventual issue. I'm complaining because B.P. say it isn't their fault and just say sorry to this matter.
