So I have had direcpath for a year now due to AT&T not having any open "Internet slots" in my apt complex. Since then there have been outages for entire weekends (I'm typing this on my iPhone as we speak), promises of refunds for said outages that have never come to fruition, supervisors that have lied to me, customer service representatives who have basically told me "tough luck" when the Internet is out...
