Seems like I am another victim to the scam of Express Information Systems. My complaint is similar to most of the complaints I have read. I was offered a copulation of a lot of magizines that I already subscibed to. However EIS did not provide me with the one mag I was realy interested in and when confronted with this inf. they (EIS) said there was some kind of glitch and instead offered a list of mags that I had no interest in.
