I purchased a Laptop from Dell, after 3 months the hard drive went down, I sent the computer back, within a couple weeks I received it back with NO hard drive, they sent it separately FOR ME TO FIX...it was not even put back together correctly..More problems continued. I requested a new replacement computer and received one within about 2 weeks, after another 3 months the hard drive once again crashed.
