I bought a prepaid sim card for my mother who is flying to united states for an urgent reason. But i was unable to contact the customer service to activate international roaming for the number. I have tried all the means to contact them but nogo. Their customer care number is not working. They are not replying to the e-mail. I never expected such a kind of ruthless service from Airtel. I strongly recommend not to purchase Airtel anymore. read full review »
