I've placed an order to deliver a gift (Product ID - CO0111) to my wife in Hyderabad on her birthday, 31-MAY-2010. But, the delivery has not been done yet. No one was picking up the hotline given in the web site and no reply for the email sent to them. It's very bad on their part for not giving any proper status on my order. They are very prompt in charging money for the order; but not in delivery of gifts.
