I didn't authorize Dri*Trend Micro to automatically bill me for their services. There is no address or telephone # of this company to call or complain to, hence, no customer service at all. This company is a scam and is VERY deceptive. I have contacted my credit card company tocredit my account of $44.95. Trend Micro will e-mail you saying you need to renew your services and will bill you automatically regardles if you renew with them or not. I do not need or request this service with this shady company. read full review »
