On May 26th 2010 LPUSA also known as Loan Point USA and Geneva Roth Capital owner Mark Curry illegally and without my authorization tried to debit my savings bank account held at Bank of Hawaii for the amount of $400.00. I have never applied for a payday loan with LPUSA. My bank charged me $26.00 due to the NSF on my account caused by LPUSA's attempt to illegally debit my account. Also, on May 27th 2010 LPSUSA then tried to fraudently place $400.00 on my savings bank account held at Bank of Hawaii which I never authorized nor applied for and of which my account was never credited the amount of $400. read full review »
