We ordered this unit on the 6th May with a 14 day delivery - OK. The order was scheduled for delivery last Thursday 30th May 2010 - so far so good, all the relevant phone calls made to arranage delivery - the delivery man arrived and told us no product on the van for us! Said he would call HB and tell them, since then I have been on the phone or rathe hanging on for 98 minutes and eventually today somebody has tried to help me.
