The worst customer service ever experienced. The Manager Eileen Jover-Galindez Manager - Product Loyalty Marketing, Operations has not resloved anything. This post should let everyone know including Mr. Lucio Tan, CEO that his employees make him look very bad. Imagine spending 3 1/2 hours delayed inside an airplane in Guam witghout AC. Being 6 hors delayed on a connecting flight because the plane was late. Speaking with Supervisor Mr. Singson in Bacolod and being promised buss class seats on the flight back. That was a lie.
