My convertible was taken in for a 2 hour windshield replacement and three hours later I was called with a "problem". They had lowered the roof (I had not been notified that this would be necessary) and it was stuck half way open. I drove over immediately to see if they knew what they were doing and the windshield was further cracked. Audi dealership had to send a mechanic over as the car could not be driven.
