Tried to cash a united states treasury check for my retirement annuity and it was declined. All certegy says it is declined for unspecified reasons. Can't even talk to a real person. It is becoming a more intrusive way to get you to direct deposit. Then any time a govt entity wants to it can access your account and take what they want. read full review »
