we have purchased SAMSUNG -DUOS -SCH-259 dated 26.09.2010 but unfortunately after few days a hand set hanged on dated 10.12.2010, we have given the complaint to samsung dealer MOBIZONE, metro plaza, meerut city - U.P, they have formated and re-installed the software, but after few hours on the same day the hand set comes back to service centre for the same problem theay now suggest us that go to another samsung service centre as we have lot of work load for repairs it seems that they do not want to take warranty repairs in thier shop .
