I purchased a chain from Gems TV and they sent the wrong item. I sent it back well with in the 30 day return window. They sent the same chain back to me and are now claiming it is not a Gems TV item and will not refund. I have called and all they say is they will get back to me. BEWARE they do not stand behind their 30 day return and are trying to not refund my purchase even though I sent them the chain in the same packaging they sent to me!
