Wells Fargo Modification program is a complete joke, there people are the most do-nothing customer service you will ever witnessed. We had never missed a payment or been late since 2002 when we entered the Home Affordabilty Program due to a job loss with reduced payment instructions from Wells Fargo and 6 months later we get a letter saying we are suddenly facing fourclosure, we thought we were in review.
