In November of 2009 I contacted the Arizona Automobile Association (AAA) about using their car buying service. Of course, this is a service I pay for with my annual dues. The clerk I contacted was Carl Rispoli. The clerk was supposed to find a vehicle similar to the one I was looking for, negotiate a price with the dealer, and then contact me.
