On 05-27-2010 I went to the store to have my two tickets ( Mega Million and Powerball), when the lady put the first ticket in the alarm went off, then she put the second ticket in the alarm sounded again. The lady said I won $3. With the second she kept it. The tickets was checked on May 27, 2010 at 11:14 am. What can I do to get the money I won and charge the cashier with theift.
