i visited this store at x-mas and purchased a portable psp and still have my original receipt. Last week my son was playing with this game and he laid it down for dinner went back to get it and inside the game the screen was cracked and not on the outside which was very unusual. It was like maybe a default because usually the outside screen cracks. I took the game back to the store and still had the original box and receipt which stated that any item on this receipt could be returned by 3/20/09 and that psp was on the receipt.
