To Whom It May Concern: This letter is a formal complaint with regards to a non existing service that I receive from Vodacom. I have had my contract with Vodacom for 13 years. Over the past couple of years I have always struggled with Vodacom’s service but now it has reached a point that is not acceptable any more.
