My complaint pertains to IFB Elite fully automatic washing machine bought in August 2006. Last year the washing machine was under Annual maintenance contract (AMC). In May 2009, I faced a problem “Water would not drain out completely from machine after the washing cycle and some foul smell like wires burning came from the machine”.
