Dear Sir, I purchased a HCL Notebook No.8084AX078333 with code No.AXOP2825 from an authorised local dealer of HCL at Puducherry on 28.10.2008. After the expiry of warranty period, on 8.5.2010, the DVD combodrive in the laptop failed to read CDs. I complained to the HCL authorised service point at Puducherry.
