The owner of this VRBO condo has violated our contract by neither returning my security deposit nor communicating to me within 3 weeks of departure why not. I have attempted to contact her via email, phone and registered letter, but have had ZERO RESPONSE. She was very communicative when I was seeking to rent her place.
