I recently purchased a home in Plainview Texas and called Suddenlink to transfer my service from my apartment to my new home. No problem, had a no truck roll transfer set up because the previous owner's service had not been disconnected. We move in on 5/29/10 and the service is not working so we wait until Tueday 6/1/10 to call because of the holiday.
