I had transported my car Maruti 800 from Delhi to Kota (Rajasthan) through Safe home movers and packers. They had promised delivery within 3-4 days. However after 7 days there was no communication from their side. After innumerable tellephone calls I did not get a positive reply as regards the whereabouts of the car. Most of the times they don't pick our phone, when they attend they say the car will be delivered today. Please let me know what should be my next step. Should I lodge FIR against the company.
