Pocession of Mall has been delayed for more than 2 yrs, builder keeps asking for money without commiting any pocession date. After3 reminders he has send a threat that the Agreement Dead will be cancelled. Therefore, making sure that we are completely at the mercy of the builder. In such a case how do we get help ? He has not paid any interest on the amount paid towards the shop do far, but is asking us to pay an interest of 18% for delay in payment as per construction.
