I've been with Qwest for roughly 10 years. When I moved into my current apartment, I noticed my second bill was extraordinarily high. I looked over it, and saw that I was being billed for internet service and a rented modem. I contacted them immediately, and assured them that I never ordered the service. They told me that they would remove it, but that I would have to send back the modem. I told them that I never received a modem, and would have watched out for it had I ordered the service.
