I had booked 7 baggages for transport from Bangalore to Bokaro Steel City on 25 Apr 10. After calling and following up with them everyday, my luggage was delivered on 9th May 10, but to my shock, one of my suitcases was exchanged with someone elses' and I did not get my suitcase.
