I bought a ticket with travel insurance and had to cancel the ticket. The insurance is not worth a dam. They say you will get a refund they lie. You get charged if you change the flight, you can not put it in an others name, you don't get a full credit and you have to go through legal hoops for 2 to 6 weeks to see if you get a refund. This is a total rip off. Do not ever book with anyone other than the airlines. Travelocity will take your money and you will never have an option to do anything about it.
