I was a member since Nov 2009. My program consists of one year weekly weigh-in and consultations in person or by phone. One consultant took a maternity leave so i started with another lady. Then she transfered locations. I asked for phone consulation for the next few week until my thyroid condition was regulated under DR care. I called and left msgs. My juicer worked only once. The rep troubleshooted a result. There is button on top where the pitcher sits. It must be pressed downward so the machine works. The pitcher handle has a knob to press into the unit. It works for now. I want TO CONTACT MONTEL .. HOW DO WE FIND HIS EMAIL ?? He actually sold us a POOR QUALITY UNIT.
