dear sir I bought a New Alto Lxi car from your dealer on 16th may 2010, in the name of Mrs. Mamtha Guptha the payment was made well in advance. At the time when the dealers representative Mr. Srinivas gave me the quotation i was told that there will be some extra discount of Rs. 2000 given to me and he deducted the same from the amount of the quotation.
