Was told I would pay $28.88 to download program for downloading an Aerobics video, then after taking all my details, sent a confirming email to say all up it would be $54.31. I have not been able to follow the downloading procedure, so have not been able to use it. I would just like the money credited back to my visa card. I am a pensioner and did not want to pay that much. They did not make it clear or easy as to how to do it all, nor the additional extras in price. read full review »
