I was charged a late fee because Urban Active said that they could noy extract the money out of my account on the 1st of the month. The funds have been available and I did nothing to tamper with my my bank account so that the funds could not be extracted. I was referred to a "manager" named Shannon Munnes. I emailed and called her several times about this matter and still have not received a response.
