I am actually complaining about 2 websites that just automatically took money out of my account without authorization. Classmates.com and Norton Anti Virus. This is unethical when you trust someone with your account information for previous charges to just asssume because you didn't get back to them that it is ok to take money out of your account for renewal fees.
