Used Booking.com and booked "New Harbour Service Apartments" in Shanghai, China. It was really bad experiences of staying in "New Harbour Service Apartments" - most of staffs were cold and helpless; the room was not clean; they didn't arrange the room/bed every day; even we asked them to replace the glasses/cups after 2 days, they still didn't do that.
