I recently signed a purchase agreement for a car to receive after a loan agreement was accepted. I was very confident about the result, but when told the loan had been denied, I then asked for my 10% deposit of $13, 000 to be returned. Chris the dealer for Vantage Motors, located at Kowloon Bay HITEC, then said he would not be returning my deposit according to the rules stated in the contract.
