This company would like to continue to bill for an expired and cancelled contract. As of today they say I have two accounts past due. One expired Nov 2009 and it was confirmed that it would not be renewed back in 2007 because the machine and processing did not work and the sales rep got me another machine that worked sporatically. The second machine was returned for servicing with a letter of cancellation/do not renew contract. I gave LFG the tracking number and address I was advised to send it to.
