I ordered the trial product and was charged before I received the product. When I called to let them know I never received it, they offered to send me another. A couple of days later I called to check the status and they said it was being shipped. During the same call, I decided to cancel the order. Then the system went down and the rep advised me to email [email protected]. I did not place the order via email.
