After many attempts to contact WELLS FARGO FNCL ACPT CALIF, INC., to have the AUTO TITLE mailed to our home all we get is the run around. To date our vehicle title has not been mailed to our home. NOTE: The vehicle has been paid in full for some time n0w. I would like to give the vehicle to my daughter, adding her name to the title. However, due to the no response we are getting from Wells Fargo FNCL ACPT. I am unable to continue with the process. Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated. PLEASE HELP!!!
