I will begin with the service, I was a long term, loyal customer and started having a lot of problems with the reception, one rep actually told me to go out and purchase new connectors for the back of the old equipment(my contract was up years prior to that)---I then demanded updated equipment(current equipment=8YRS OLD)---THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME--I then canceled my service, they did not want any of the equipment back, states it was too old (MY POINT EXACTLY), and they were not using that equipment anymore.
