I have booked an E-ticket via makemytrip.com on 21-May-10. Same day at evening around 6 to 7pm .I have got message & a call that my bus has been cancelled due to technical reasons. After that I called at your call center at 7pm same day & I asked him to arrange any other alternate arrangement for same . but he was not able to arrange other alternate & suggest me that please arrange yourself & I m processing full refund to you and it will credited in your account with in 7 days.
