I ordered flowers for my Grandma on March 9, 2010 to be delivered on April 1, 2010 for Easter. The weather is great so there should be no problems right!? Wrong, my Grandmother didn't recieve them on the first. When I called on the first, nobody could give me an answer to where my flowers were. I called again on the 2nd and they said at first that they didn't know and then after I made them check AGAIN with FEDEX, they said she should have them today. To help with my inconvenience, they were going to give me a $5 discount on my $65 order. Please if you can't trust your delivery service, GET A NEW ONE!!! read full review »
