I bought the Instyler from Ladleout.com. I tried it out when I first received it, I got burned by the hot rollers and it did not straighten my hair as it phas promised. When I tried to curl my hair months later, it took me about 30 mins to do my whole head, it just suddenly stopped working. I saw some fumes coming out of the Instyler. I called the customer service from the Instyler, and they would not have anything to do with my problem because I did not buy it from them. I sent out 2 emails to Ladleout.com, and receive no reply. I am very disappointed and will not recommend the Instyler to anyone. Please Do Not buy it. read full review »
