I had actually been very impressed with them my 1st 2 visits. However on my 3rd visit the hygenist broke my permanent retainer. Up to this point in the visit she had been saying everything was fine in my mouth. As soon as she broke it she suddenly claimed that it was already coming off (she had never said anything about it in any other visit up or during this one until she broke it).
