As we all know, That how frustated we allare when it comes to Etisalat . Its been 2 weeks now that i have requested shifting my home line and migrating to Elife (which i was promised to be done within 2 days by Eitisalat) but there is no response. Their pathetic customer service team does noth ave anything to say but that my application is under process. I dont know when the TRA will have specific guidline for the service providers to be more efficient in their delevery and when Etisalat management will realise that their service is rotten and needs an uplift rather than just beating the brow about their Quality(do they have one?) read full review »
