I bought an HP Dekjet all-in-one printer 22nd Jan 2009. While trying to load the software supplied it came up with 'Fatal Installation Error'. I filled in the form given on the software and spent 2 weeks emailing backwards and forwards with HP USA who did try and help without success but did keep informing me that it had been passed on to a Regional Support Team.
