The thing that caught me out was that at no time during the ordering process for the trial did I see the the words "Terms and Conditions apply" I am not a lazy person, though I am as I descovered a trusting one. I have now set about making myself an expert on their many clauses and cross references before my trial period expires. Even finding out exactly when your trial period actually begins is a grey area, designed to bamboozle you into missing their ridiculous deadline and request for the return of used packaging?... read full review »
