Hi, I want to share my harassment that I had faced after buying ICICI Pru ACE(an ULIP) from ICICIPru life - Policy No "13783477".. In their website it was told online buying with four easy steps - but after buying and online deduction of Rs. 18000/- nothing was easy. After I had submitted all my documents as mentioned in the website, for no reason the policy was withheld for a month. Nobody even cared to inform me.
