during April of 09 I bought 4 tires at the store in the Festival of Bel Air. The price was right and the service quick. 14 months later and only 4, 000 miles driven on these tires I wanted to change my front brakes by myself. Something I had done many times. I couldn't get the lug nuts off. I had all types of professional tools and even had a 2 foot pipe on the breaker bar. They are suppose to be torqued to 100 foot pounds and these are way beyond that. I don't think he realized the damage one can do with an impact gun These people are not professionals, I believe that everyone has to learn thier trade but not on my car. read full review »
