My complaint is Peachtree's software and customer service. I've been attempting to load Peachtree's 941 Quarterly report form; however, I receive an error message stating the Aarix forms is unable to load the form. Peachtree should automatically include tax forms with their software...it should not be an additonal fee. When calling Peachtree, they demand an upgrade for customer support and an upgrade for their Payroll service. Which I dont' need. I have their payroll service, I'd just like to utilize the program we purchased to complete the job. I have nothing positive to say about Peachtree and it's management. read full review »
